Drive high-volume grilling with the Garland UTBG60-AR60 countertop gas charbroiler. Its 59-1/16 inch width and 21-3/16 inch broiling grid depth provide ample space for steaks, burgers, and skewers. Heavy-duty, adjustable cast iron grates handle demanding service day after day.
Control heat precisely with manual controls and one variable hi/lo valve per burner, letting you create distinct zones across the surface. A 180,000 BTU output supports fast ticket times during peak periods.
Built for the line, it features a stainless steel front, sides, and back with a 3-1/2 inch front rail. Reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3 inch sections and a crumb tray support quick changeovers and cleanup. Four-inch adjustable legs aid leveling, and it is CSA and NSF listed.
