At just 24 inches wide, this 4 burner gas hotplate integrates into tight cooklines or auxiliary stations without sacrificing output. Stainless steel front, sides, and back simplify wipe-downs between tickets, while a 3-1/2 inch front rail provides a protective buffer along the edge.
