The 48-inch countertop hotplate integrates smoothly into existing cooklines while conserving valuable floor space.
Spread out sauté pans, sauce pots, and stockpots across the full 48-inch width to streamline batch cooking and à la carte work. Adjust the 4-inch legs to level the unit with surrounding equipment, and make use of the 3-1/2-inch front rail as part of your line layout.
Built with stainless steel front, sides, and back, this heavy-duty platform withstands daily wear and wipes down quickly between turns.
