This Glastender DI-FR36-DW is constructed with a stainless steel work surface, lid, interior liner, and dipper well, paired with a galvanized steel exterior wrap for durability. The integrated dipper well includes a faucet and drain, allowing operators to rinse scoops efficiently during service.
Designed for countertop installation, this drop-in ice cream freezer operates within a -5°F to 10°F temperature range and uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. Foamed-in-place insulation helps maintain cold temperatures, making this unit well suited for ice cream shops and dessert counters where space and accessibility matter.
