Its 20" continuous grooved cast iron bottom plate pairs with two split 10" grooved upper plates to press multiple items at once and deliver appetizing grill marks on paninis, melts, and toasted sandwiches. This double, countertop, electric unit helps streamline high-volume prep without sacrificing consistency.
Dial in performance with temperature control up to 570°F, then adapt on the fly using the spring hinge with adjustable tension to handle everything from thin tortillas to thick ciabatta. Split upper plates let you cook different items side-by-side to keep tickets moving and minimize bottlenecks on the line.
