Operators can load product quickly using the removable gravity feed food chute and refresh the edge with the convenient top-mounted sharpener. A slice deflector and knife cover promote clean slice release and safer handling. Rubber feet help stabilize the unit on stainless worktables.
Built with anodized aluminum, the C9 wipes down easily between tasks. It connects to a standard 115v/60/1 receptacle via a NEMA 5-15P plug and draws just 2 amps, ideal for cafés, delis, and school kitchens. Use it to prep sandwich lines, charcuterie boards, and produce with efficient precision.
