The Globe CM22 Chefmate #22 meat grinder accelerates high-volume prep, producing up to 450 pounds of beef, pork, or venison per hour. Its 1-1/2 HP motor on standard 115v power delivers steady, repeatable results. Stainless steel housing and key components are built for daily service and quick cleanup.
Optimize workflow with the included stainless steel product tray, factory knife, and two plates (1/4 inch and 5/16 inch) to switch textures fast for burgers, meatballs, chili, or sauce prep. A polycarbonate pusher keeps product moving efficiently through the #22 head while maintaining consistent feed.
Manual reset motor overload protection helps safeguard uptime in demanding environments. The package also includes a stuffing tube for added versatility; note that a stuffing plate is required and not included. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this unit is intended for beef, pork, and venison only.
