The Globe G12 manual food slicer streamlines prep with a 12" knife, belt-driven reliability, and a smooth ball bearing chute slide. Chefs and operators can slice meats, cheeses, and produce with control, keeping lines moving during busy service.
An extended chute and end weight accommodate product up to 10-1/2" high, while pyramid-shaped teeth and gripping teeth on the underside hold items firmly for consistent results. A top-mounted sharpener keeps the edge ready between tasks to maintain presentation and portion accuracy.
Built for daily workflow, the G12 features an attached knife ring guard, knife cover interlock, and a knob on the knife cover for quick installation and removal. A removable slice deflector speeds cleanup and changeovers, and the power indicator light plus motor overload protection with manual reset support safe, dependable operation on a standard 115v outlet (NEMA 5-15P).
