Product Description
Drive throughput and consistency with the Globe G12A, a 12-inch automatic food slicer built for busy prep lines and deli stations. A 1/2 HP motor powers smooth, repeatable slicing so staff can stage product while the machine works. Ideal for meats, cheeses, and firm produce in restaurants, cafes, and commissaries.
An automatic, independent 35° chute and ball bearing chute slide feed product effortlessly for uniform presentation. The extended chute and end weight accommodate items up to 10.5 inches high, while pyramid-shaped end weight teeth and gripping teeth stabilize tall or slick foods.
Protect operators and uptime with an attached knife ring guard, a knife cover interlock, and motor overload protection. A top-mounted sharpener keeps the 12-inch knife ready, and a removable slice deflector plus anodized aluminum construction streamline cleaning between batches.
