Engineered for busy kitchens, the Globe GCB36G-CR 36-inch gas charbroiler delivers consistent, high-output grilling across a compact countertop footprint. Three stainless steel U-style burners generate a total of 120,000 BTU to sear steaks, burgers, chicken, and skewers with speed and uniformity during peak service.
Heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates and cast-iron radiant covers retain and distribute heat for defined grill marks and dependable results. Adjustable pilots with front access and metal control knobs with set screws support precise control on the line, while the insulated stainless steel double-wall construction and stainless steel front edge add durability in high-use environments.
A 4-inch wide grease trough and stainless steel drip pan streamline cleanup and help maintain a tidy workspace. The unit ships Natural Gas with an LP conversion kit included, and is field convertible to char rock or a combination radiant/char rock setup to match evolving
