The Globe GCB36G-SR 36-inch countertop radiant gas charbroiler is built for busy cooklines. Three stainless steel U-style burners deliver 120,000 BTU to heat fast and maintain steady searing temperatures. Heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates hold heat and produce defined grill marks service after service.
Streamline workflow with stainless steel radiant covers that promote even heat while helping control flare-ups. Adjustable pilots with front access speed ignition and service, and metal control knobs with set screws stay secure during heavy use. A 4-inch-wide grease trough and stainless steel drip pan capture runoff to keep the deck clean between rushes.
Durable insulated stainless steel double-wall construction retains heat and stands up to daily demands. Level the unit with 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, and protect the line with a stainless steel front edge. It ships ready for natural gas with an LP conversion kit, and can be field converted to char rock
