Drive high-volume grilling with the Globe GCB48G-CR gas charbroiler. This 48-inch countertop unit leverages four stainless steel U-style burners and cast-iron radiant covers to deliver steady, responsive heat across the cooking surface, streamlining throughput during peak service.
Stage and sear steaks, burgers, skewers, and vegetables on heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates that promote excellent marks and heat retention. Operators can quickly light and manage zones using adjustable pilots with front access, while a stainless steel front edge stands up to daily line abuse.
Maintain a clean, efficient station with a 4-inch-wide grease trough and stainless steel drip pan. Built with insulated stainless steel double-wall construction and 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, the GCB48G-CR ships ready for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit, and can be field converted to char rock or a radiant/char rock combination to match your menu and workflow.
