A single 40,000 BTU stainless steel U-style burner drives consistent heat through char rock, delivering appetizing grill marks and craveable char for steaks, burgers, skewers, and vegetables.
Maximize uptime with heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates that hold heat and resist warping shift after shift. Operators can dial in flames quickly using adjustable pilots with front access, while the insulated stainless steel double-wall construction helps maintain temperature and supports safer, cooler surfaces at the edge.
Streamline cleanup and workflow with a 4-inch-wide grease trough and stainless steel drip pan. The unit ships ready for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit, plus it’s field convertible to radiant or combination radiant/char rock to match evolving menus and operational standards.
