The Globe GCB24G-RK 24" countertop gas charbroiler with char rock is built for high-output cooking on crowded lines. Two stainless steel U-style burners deliver a combined 80,000 BTU to sear steaks, burgers, and skewers with reliable heat. Keep tickets moving while enhancing flavor and attractive grill marks.
Heavy-duty reversible cast-iron grates and cast-iron grids hold rocks securely for consistent results. Insulated stainless steel double-wall construction adds durability, and a stainless steel front edge stands up to daily use. 4" adjustable stainless steel legs help level the unit on varied surfaces.
Streamline cleanup with a 4" wide grease trough and stainless steel drip pan. Adjustable pilots with front access simplify lighting and service. The unit ships for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included and can be field converted to radiant or combination radiant/char rock to suit your menu.
