The Globe GG15G countertop gas griddle concentrates 30,000 BTU of cooking power into a 15-inch footprint, ideal for tight cooklines, kiosks, and food trucks. Its 1-inch highly polished griddle plate is fully welded to a stainless steel frame to stand up to daily rushes while delivering a smooth working surface for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and seared vegetables.
Dial in production with manual controls every 12 inches and individual adjustable pilots accessible from the front for quick lighting and fine-tuning. Stainless steel double-wall construction with an extended cool-to-touch front edge helps protect operators during peak service.
Streamline workflow with a 4-inch-wide grease trough that captures runoff fast and simplifies end-of-shift cleanup. The unit ships set for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit to accommodate changing menus or locations.
