Engineered for daily durability, the stainless steel double-wall body features an extended cool-to-touch front edge that supports safe, steady workflow on the line. A 4-inch-wide grease trough speeds debris capture and cleanup between batches, keeping the cook surface clear for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and grilled vegetables.
