The Globe GHP36G gas countertop hotplate powers high-volume lines with six 22,000 BTU burners for a total output of 132,000 BTU. Chefs can rapidly bring sauces to a simmer, boil pasta water, and sear proteins with reliable heat across multiple stations.
Heavy-duty cast iron burners and grates promote even heat distribution and consistent pan contact. Adjustable pilots with front access speed ignition and streamline service checks. A removable stainless steel drip pan and 4" adjustable stainless steel legs help simplify cleanup and leveling.
Operators can stage stockpots, sauté pans, and skillets across six burners to keep production moving during peak periods. The unit ships configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit to match changing site requirements.
