Use the electronic timer with four programmable presets to standardize cook cycles across shifts.
Set temperatures up to 570°F and let the spring hinge with adjustable tension apply consistent pressure for uniform melts and toasting. A stainless steel removable catch tray streamlines cleanup, and rubber feet help stabilize the unit on busy lines.
