The Globe GSG14D smooth-plate countertop sandwich/panini grill streamlines service on busy lines. Its 14" x 14" cooking surface and heavy cast iron plates deliver consistent, even heat up to 570°F for pressed sandwiches, breakfast melts, and à la minute specials. Load, press, and turn orders quickly without sacrificing quality.
An electronic timer with four programmable presets standardizes cook cycles across shifts and reduces guesswork. Thermostatic temperature control lets you dial in heat for breads, tortillas, and proteins. A spring hinge with adjustable tension accommodates thin wraps to stacked focaccia.
Stainless steel construction and a removable stainless catch tray simplify cleaning between rushes. Rubber feet keep the unit stable on the counter while protecting work surfaces. Running on 120v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P and 4 ft power cord, it plugs into standard outlets for fast setup across stations.
