Front-mounted dual 20-minute digital timers streamline repeatable mix cycles and help stage back-to-back batches.
A stainless steel bowl and stainless steel wire-form guard support visibility and safe ingredient additions during mixing. The stainless steel ball bearing bowl drive and a dedicated 3/4 HP, 25 RPM bowl motor deliver smooth, consistent rotation under heavy loads. Use the heavy-duty breaker bar and bowl jog feature to reposition dense dough for thorough incorporation.
