Built for durability, this mixer combines a stainless steel bowl, stainless steel wire-form bowl guard, and a spiral dough hook with heavy-duty metal construction and an FDA-approved white powder coat. A stainless steel ball bearing bowl drive enhances smooth operation, while the heavy-duty breaker bar and bowl jog feature aid in handling dense, high-hydration, or stiff doughs.
Powerful, dedicated drives support consistent dough development: a 3/4 HP bowl motor at 35 RPM pairs with a 3-1/4 HP hook motor at 100 RPM (1st speed) and 6 HP at 200 RPM (2nd speed). Running on 208V/60Hz/3-phase power
