The Globe PG24E 24-inch electric countertop griddle streamlines high-demand stations with dual thermostatic zones and a wide 70°F–575°F range. Sear burgers or proteins on one side while holding pancakes or eggs at gentler temps on the other. Its compact 13-inch plate depth fits tight lines without sacrificing throughput.
Operators can energize only the side they need thanks to an on/off switch for each element, conserving energy during lulls and peaks. The 3/8-inch-thick cooking surface supports consistent results from open to close. Use it to stage breakfast builds, finish proteins, or execute made-to-order sandwiches.
Cleanup moves fast with a stainless steel removable catch tray that holds up to 4-1/2 cups and a three-sided splash guard that helps contain grease. Stainless steel adjustable feet level the unit on uneven surfaces. A 4-ft flexible cord with NEMA 6-20P and 208/240V single-phase compatibility simplifies installation and meets NSF and cULus
