The Globe S13A premium heavy-duty automatic food slicer streamlines high-volume prep for delis, institutions, and busy restaurant kitchens. A 13-inch steel knife paired with a 1/2 HP knife motor drives clean, repeatable cuts shift after shift. Choose from two speeds and two stroke lengths to match product density and pace of service.
Guide roasts, cheeses, and charcuterie through unattended cycles to accelerate portioning for line service, catering trays, or grab-and-go programs. The LCD display helps operators monitor settings, while the top-mounted removable sharpener with synthetic diamond surfaces keeps the knife performing at its best with minimal downtime.
An interlocked tilting carriage and lift lever simplify loading and cleaning while the knife cover interlock promotes safe handling. Built on a seamless anodized aluminum base, the S13A is easy to wipe down between tasks and plugs into a standard 115v/60/1 outlet with a NEMA 5-15P.
