Streamline production with front-mounted touchpad controls featuring a 60-minute digital timer and last-batch recall to repeat proven settings. Operators can stage ingredients safely through the removable stainless steel bowl guard’s built-in chute, keeping workflow tidy and efficient.
Engineered for daily use, the cast iron body and non-slip rubber feet provide rock-solid stability, while the safety interlocked bowl guard and bowl lift support safe operation. A #12 hub expands capability for optional attachments, and the included 30 qt. stainless steel bowl, aluminum spiral dough hook, stainless steel whip, and aluminum beater get you mixing immediately.
