Front-mounted touchpad controls with a 60-minute digital timer and last-batch recall enable consistent, repeatable batches and efficient staging. A stainless steel removable bowl guard with a built-in ingredient chute lets operators add components safely during mixing, and the safety-interlocked bowl guard and bowl lift enhance protection. The included 40 qt. stainless steel bowl, aluminum spiral dough hook, stainless steel whip, and aluminum beater equip your team for bread, pizza dough, icings, and more.
