The Groen 137682 is a stainless steel kettle cabinet assembly engineered to streamline high-volume production. It pairs an electric boiler with two 20 quart, 2/3 jacket kettles mounted on a 36" stainless steel cabinet. Use it to batch soups, sauces, stocks, and hot sides while conserving line space and improving throughput.
Speed service and maintain control with hand tilt kettles supported by a sturdy arm for smooth, directed pours into hotel pans or cambros. A 5" wide drain trough helps stage and capture runoff, while the included swing faucet makes filling and quick rinses efficient between batches. A steam trap is provided to manage condensate for reliable operation.
Built entirely of stainless steel with removable cabinet doors, this assembly stands up to daily kitchen demands and simplifies access for cleaning and service. The 24.0 kW/hr electric boiler supports steady production, and UL and NSF listings align with professional kitchen standards for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
