The Groen 142838 kettle cabinet assembly pairs two 20-quart, 2/3-jacketed kettles with an electric boiler on a compact 36" stainless steel cabinet. It streamlines batch production of soups, sauces, stocks, and sides while conserving floor space. The jacketed design promotes even heating for consistent results.
Hand tilt with a support arm enables precise, low-effort pouring into pans, minimizing spills and waste. A 5" wide drain trough captures drips and splashes to keep the station clean and safe. The included swing faucet speeds filling, and a steam trap helps maintain dependable operation.
