The Groen 144061 kettle cabinet assembly equips high-volume kitchens with dual-batch capability. A gas boiler with electronic ignition powers two 20 quart, 2/3 jacket kettles mounted on a 36" stainless steel cabinet with removable doors. This unified setup helps streamline production on a single footprint.
Hand tilt with a support arm enables controlled, confident pouring into receiving containers. A 5" wide drain trough captures spills and speeds cleanup. The included swing faucet lets staff fill kettles at the source, while a steam trap helps manage condensate.
Built from stainless steel and listed by UL and NSF, this assembly is ready for professional environments at 0–2000 ft elevation. With 200,000 BTU/hr available, teams can batch soups, simmer sauces, and finish gravies on parallel schedules to keep service moving.
