Engineered for high-volume production, the Groen 155742 kettle cabinet assembly pairs three 20 quart, 2/3 jacketed kettles with a gas boiler and electronic ignition to accelerate batch cooking. Even heat distribution supports consistent results for soups, sauces, chili, and custards. A durable 54-inch stainless steel cabinet with removable doors houses the system and streamlines service access.
Operators hand tilt each kettle with a support arm to portion, pan-fill, or pour with control. A 5-inch wide drain trough captures drips and helps keep the line clean. The included swing faucet and steam trap simplify filling and condensate management to maintain steady workflow.
