Scale up production with the Groen AH/1E-100 100-gallon gas kettle. The 2/3 jacket design and 145,000 BTU output support high-volume cooking of soups, sauces, and stocks. Suited to commissaries, healthcare, schools, and banquet operations.
Featuring a 316 stainless steel liner and a stainless steel insulated body, this kettle is built for busy schedules. A 2" TDO pairs with the included 1/4" perforated strainer for draw-off and straining. The power aid cover and faucet bracket simplify station setup.
Simmer stock, cook chili, or boil pasta for high-volume service. Bullet feet support stable placement. CSA Star, CSA Flame, and NSF listings, plus Made in USA.
