The Groen AHS-40 is a low height, gas-fired 40-gallon jacketed kettle built for high-volume production. Its 316 stainless steel liner and stainless steel insulated body stand up to daily demands and cleaning. Select full or 2/3 jacket configurations to match your operation’s processes.
Accelerate workflow when draining, straining, or portioning with the 2-inch tangent draw-off and 1/4-inch perforated strainer. A hinged or power aid cover helps manage lid handling and moisture as you cook sauces, soups, stews, or stocks. A faucet bracket makes it easy to position a fill faucet.
With 115,000 BTU input and a 30 PSI jacket rating, this kettle supports rigorous batch schedules across production lines. Bullet feet provide a sturdy base on the kitchen floor. Use it to consolidate boiling, braising, and finishing tasks while maintaining efficient stations.
