The Groen BPM-15GC is a 15-gallon gas tilting skillet braising pan engineered to accelerate batch production while preserving consistency. A 65,000 BTU/hr burner delivers responsive heat for searing, braising, and simmering across the generous 8" deep pan.
IPX6 water-rated electronic Classic controls simplify operation and stand up to routine washdown. Standard etch marks speed portioning and reduce measuring steps, while the manual tilt lets staff decant with control into hotel pans or storage vessels. At a 35" pan height, operators work comfortably to load, stir, and plate.
Stainless steel construction, a round tubular open leg base, and adjustable bullet feet support durability and easy cleaning in high-volume kitchens. The built-in faucet bracket positions a fill faucet for quick charging, blanching, or deglazing between runs. Use it to brown proteins, reduce sauces, cook one-pan breakfasts, or finish stews for streamlined service.
