Engineered for high-volume production, the Groen BPM-30GC is a 30-gallon gas tilting skillet braising pan that multiplies back-of-house efficiency. Its 104,000 BTU/hr gas heat accelerates preheat and sustains recovery for searing, braising, sautéing, and simmering. A 10-inch deep pan handles soups, stews, reductions, grains, and one-pan entrées.
IPX6 water rated electronic Classic controls provide precise, repeatable settings and withstand spray-down cleaning routines. Manual tilt and standard etch marks support accurate portioning and controlled pours into hotel pans or kettles. The 38-inch pan height promotes ergonomic access on the line or in prep areas.
Stainless steel construction with a round tubular open leg base and bullet feet delivers durability and easy floor access for cleaning. Electric spark ignition speeds start-up between batches. A faucet bracket accommodates a fill faucet to streamline workflow and staging.
