Built for high-volume production, the Groen BPP-30EA electric 30-gallon tilting skillet braising pan streamlines back-of-house workflow. A 10" deep pan at a 38" pan height provides generous capacity and ergonomic access for searing, braising, sauteing, and holding.
IPX6 water rated electronic Advanced controls with digital display simplify operation, with preset temperatures from 175° to 400°F and manual setting capability for recipe flexibility. A 1 minute to 10 hour timer supports precise batch management and repeatable results.
Power tilt enables smooth, controlled pour-off to pans or service vessels, while standard etched volume marks speed measuring and scaling. Stainless steel construction, round tubular open leg base, and bullet feet support daily durability, cleaning, and placement. A faucet bracket and vent cover add practicality for production kitchens.
