IPX6 water-rated advanced controls feature a digital display, 175°F - 400°F preset temperatures, and manual adjustment for specialty recipes. A 1 minute to 10 hour timer supports everything from quick sauce reductions to extended slow cooking.
Power tilt streamlines pour-off and pan-to-pan transfers, while the 38" pan height promotes efficient workflow on the line. The 10" deep stainless steel pan includes standard etched volume marks and a faucet bracket for quick filling. Made in USA and certified cCSAus and NSF for commercial kitchens.
