The Groen DEES/40C low-height tilting kettle delivers high-volume, consistent results for fast-paced kitchens. Electric power and IPX6 water-rated electronic Classic controls support efficient operation and washdown in demanding back-of-house workflows.
Batch-cook up to 40 gallons of soups, sauces, chili, and stocks, then transfer product safely with the manual crank tilt. A 2/3 jacket and 316 stainless steel liner promote even heating and lasting corrosion resistance.
Floor-mounted control console supports and stainless steel construction enhance stability and durability for institutional and production environments. Bullet feet provide sturdy footing, while a 50 PSI rating and UL, cUL, and NSF listings meet common facility standards.
