The Groen DH-20A is a 20-gallon, 2/3-jacketed gas tilting kettle built for high-volume production. A 72,000 BTU heating system with electronic ignition brings batches to temperature, and the crank tilt enables controlled transfers to pans or holding vessels. Use it to simmer stocks, cook soups and sauces, braise, or reduce to target consistency.
Advanced IPX6-rated electronic controls provide a digital display, a 1-minute to 10-hour timer, and preset intensities—low (2) and high (7)—plus manual adjustment. The 316 stainless steel liner and stainless steel construction withstand daily production, while floor-mounted control console supports facilitate secure installation. Bullet feet simplify leveling, and the 50 PSI jacket supports operation from 0–2000' elevation.
Certified cCSAus and NSF and made in the USA, the DH-20A suits restaurants, commissaries, and institutional kitchens. Streamline batch cooking, retherm sauces with timed cycles, and pour cleanly on cue to keep service moving.
