The Groen DH-60A is a 60-gallon gas tilting kettle with a 2/3 jacket and crank tilt, built to keep high-volume kitchens moving. A 150,000 BTU burner with electronic ignition pairs with IPX6 water rated electronic Advanced controls and a digital display for confident, repeatable results. Batch soups, sauces, stocks, and chili while keeping staff focused on service.
Program a 1 minute to 10 hour timer, choose low (2) and high (7) preset intensities, or switch to manual to match your recipe. The floor mounted control console supports and stainless steel construction provide a sturdy work center that integrates cleanly along a cookline. Controlled tilting streamlines kettle-to-pan transfers and portioning.
A 316 stainless steel liner and 50 PSI jacket are built for durability and consistent performance. Certified cCSAus and NSF, made in USA, and rated for 0–2000 ft elevation, the DH-60A aligns with facility standards across segments.
