The Groen DH-80C 80-gallon gas tilting kettle accelerates high-volume production while protecting consistency across every batch. Its 2/3 jacket and 150,000 BTU burner deliver rapid, uniform heating to keep soups, sauces, and stocks on schedule.
Operators engage IPX6 water-rated electronic Classic controls and electronic ignition for dependable, repeatable performance in wet, fast-paced environments. A smooth crank tilt promotes ergonomic, measured pours into pans, carts, or portioning containers.
Built with a 316 stainless steel liner and stainless steel construction, it withstands daily use and acidic ingredients. A 50 PSI jacket rating, flanged feet, and floor-mounted control console supports stabilize operation from 0–2000' elevation; it is cCSAus and NSF certified and Made in USA.
