The Groen DL-40 tilting kettle is a 40-gallon, direct steam solution engineered for high-volume production. A 2/3 jacket delivers rapid, uniform heating, and the 316 stainless steel liner supports demanding recipes. The hand-crank tilt provides smooth, controlled pouring into pans and carts to streamline plating and storage.
A tri-leg stainless steel base with flanged feet helps keep the kettle anchored on the cookline. Rated to 25 PSI, it maintains consistent steaming performance through back-to-back batches. NSF listed and made in USA, it fits the needs of institutional and commercial kitchens.
