Engineered for demanding kitchens, the Groen DL-60, INA/2 kettle/cooker mixer streamlines high‑volume production with direct steam heating. Its 60‑gallon capacity and 2/3 jacket serve large batches of soups, sauces, chilis, and braises. Choose tilt pouring or the 2" flush‑mounted ball valve to move product to pans or depositors with control.
An inclined agitator mixer keeps product moving during cooking and holding, supporting particulate and starch‑thickened recipes. The tilt‑type body enables controlled transfer when finishing or portioning, helping maintain pace on the line or in batch staging.
Stainless steel construction with a 316 stainless steel liner fits rigorous foodservice operations from commissaries to healthcare facilities. A floor‑mounted control console centralizes operation, and a 50 psi rating aligns with direct steam service requirements.
