A 2/3 jacket provides a broad heating surface for large batches, helping you move from prep to service with fewer bottlenecks. The floor-mounted control console keeps operation organized in busy cooklines.
The console-mounted, tilt-out twin-shaft scraper mixer maintains thorough agitation for thick soups, sauces, and fillings. Etch marks aid batch accuracy, while the 2" flush-mounted ball valve enables controlled transfers to pans or portioning tools. When it’s time to unload, the tilt mechanism expedites complete product evacuation.
Built with a 316 stainless steel interior liner and stainless steel construction, this unit stands up to demanding, everyday production. A 50 PSI jacket rating supports robust steam service, and the 1.7 kW power draw accommodates the integrated mixer and controls. Deploy it for everything from chili and oatmeal
