The Groen EE-60 60-gallon electric jacketed kettle helps high-volume kitchens batch, finish, and hold foods with consistent results. Its 2/3 jacket and 30 PSI rating support aggressive production schedules while maintaining control. Deploy it on the cookline or in a central production area to streamline prep.
A 316 stainless steel liner stands up to demanding, acidic recipes and daily cleaning. The insulated, sheathed body helps retain heat and promotes efficient operation during long simmering runs. Stainless steel construction withstands heavy use shift after shift.
An open tri-leg base with bullet feet simplifies sanitation access and provides stable placement. The 2" TDO with 1/4" perforated strainer and power aid cover speeds draining, portioning, and separating solids from liquids. Ideal for large batches of soups, sauces, stocks, chili, and hot cereals across restaurants, healthcare, and institutional kitchens.
