The Groen FT-80 80-gallon direct steam kettle is built to move high-volume production with control and consistency. A 2/3 jacket and 25 PSI steam rating promote fast heat-up and even cooking, while the 316 stainless steel liner withstands acidic foods and rigorous cleaning. Stainless steel construction supports daily service in demanding operations.
Accelerate batch cooking for soups, sauces, chilis, stocks, and grains. The 2" TDO with 1/4" perforated strainer speeds draining, skimming, and product separation to keep lines moving. A tri-leg open base with flanged feet provides a stable, open footprint for easy floor access and secure anchoring.
