Each compartment holds five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, letting teams batch vegetables, seafood, or sides for service. Stage courses independently to keep the line moving and maintain consistent timing across stations.
A 36-inch cabinet base anchors the unit, while stainless steel construction stands up to daily use. Dual water connections support plumbed installation, and the unit is cUL, UL, NSF, and CSD-1 compliant and Made in USA for spec-driven operations.
