Accelerate batch cooking with the Groen HY-6SE-24 HyPlus™ pressureless steamer. This electric, two-compartment unit on a compact 24" cabinet base fits busy restaurant, healthcare, school, and catering kitchens. Steam vegetables, proteins, and grains to prep pans for the line or for banquets.
Outfit each compartment with three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, staging sides in one while finishing proteins in the other to keep tickets moving. The pressureless design lets staff open a door to load, check, or rotate pans during service. Use it to retherm prepped items, cook rice, or batch seafood without tying up the range.
Stainless steel construction streamlines sanitation and withstands daily use. A dual water connection supports your plumbing setup and maintenance routines. UL and NSF listings, Made in USA build, and CSD-1 compliance meet professional facility standards.
