The Groen HY-6SM HyPlus pressureless steamer brings dependable, high-volume steaming to busy commercial kitchens. Built for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers, it delivers direct steam performance across two independent compartments on a 24" cabinet base.
Load up to three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans per compartment to batch vegetables, seafood, dumplings, and grains with precise timing. Individual 60-minute timers on each compartment let you stagger cook cycles, manage mixed menus, and keep service moving. Ideal for schools, healthcare, and banquet production where throughput and timing matter.
Stainless steel construction handles daily use, while insulated, field-reversible doors support efficient heat management and flexible placement. Bullet feet ensure stable placement, and the unit meets UL and NSF standards and is Made in USA.
