The Groen PT-40 direct steam kettle powers through high-volume batches with a 40-gallon capacity, helping kitchens turn out soups, sauces, stocks, and chili on schedule. Its 2/3 jacket promotes consistent heating from a steady simmer to a gentle boil.
A 316 stainless steel liner stands up to acidic ingredients, supporting frequent production of tomato-based sauces, curries, and reductions. The hinged cover helps manage moisture and product yield between stirs.
Speed transfers and straining with the 2" TDO and included 1/4" perforated strainer—ideal for draining pasta, poaching liquids, or separating aromatics from stock. Rated to 25 PSI, this pedestal-base unit supports efficient workflow for chefs and foodservice operators.
