The Groen TDB-20A 20 qt tabletop electric kettle helps chefs and operators move from prep to service with confidence. IPX6 water-rated electronic advanced controls and a 2/3 jacket support consistent, repeatable results across changing production needs.
Program batches with a 1-minute to 10-hour timer, then fine-tune output using low (2) and high (7) preset intensities or manual adjustment. Produce soups, sauces, chili, and gravies efficiently while maintaining control over timing and intensity.
Hand-tilt pouring speeds workflow from the kettle to pans or hotel pans, and the right-side support console aids installation planning. A 304 stainless steel liner and stainless steel construction simplify clean-up, while the included faucet bracket supports convenient water access.
