The Groen XS-208-8-3 Intek® convection steamer streamlines high-volume production in a compact, countertop footprint. Its fan-assisted chamber and external heating element circulate steam across six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Load vegetables, seafood, and sides to keep pace with peak service.
Boilerless, connectionless operation removes water and drain hookups, accelerating setup in tight or leased spaces. A 3-gallon reservoir and 60-minute timer simplify batch control and daypart prep. Stainless steel interior & exterior clean quickly between turns.
This electric unit runs on 208v/60/3 power (8.0 kW, 22.0 amps) with a NEMA L15-30P plug. ENERGY STAR certified and listed to cUL, UL, and NSF standards. Made in USA for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers who need reliable, connection-free steaming.
